Unlock Your Fitness Potential
During the initial consultation we discuss your weight loss or weight gain goals. Log in your starting weight with body biometrics to include body fat percentage. From there we determine your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and discuss your macro and micronutrients. Once your macros are set, I offer dietary guidelines and recommendations for meal planning and prepping to assure success.
Tailored Nutrition Plan
Tailored Nutrition Plan
Your Journey, Your Plan
We do not use generic calorie bases and bland foods or extremely low-calorie diets where there is not enough energy to perform a workout. Based on a 2–3-day food log you provide along with a list of your favorite foods and dishes, we customized a tailer nutrition plan based on your personal BMR including some of the foods you enjoy eating. We discussed meal timing
to optimize workouts and recovery.

Proteins
Higher protein intakes can cause people to eat less calories overall, in part by increasing their feelings of fullness. This can lead to extra weight loss and help people maintain muscle mass and in some cases slightly increase muscle mass during periods of calorie deficits or dieting.
Carbs
Carbohydrates provide energy! They can be mixed along with fats and proteins in order to optimize performance and body composition. Ample carbohydrate consumption is essential for performance and recovery and can help mitigate conditions that can lead to overtraining.
Fats
Fat is one of the three macronutrients we take in the human diet. This fat is vital for survival, and it has many functions it does in the body. Some of the main functions are providing energy, metabolizing fat-soluble vitamins, and taking in essential fatty acids.
